Upon registration, exhibitors will have access to view who has visited their booth and shown interest so they can follow up after the event. Your email will also be shared with our event partners to provide you with valuable information. But don't worry, you can always unsubscribe!

Yes. Like any physical event, we will have a swag bag for you! You can add all of the documents available to the online swag bag in your account and then email them to yourself or share items with colleagues by simply entering their email.
You’ll be able to live-chat from 9 AM - 3 PM with other attendees, exhibitors, speakers and corporate representatives upon confirmation of acceptance by both parties.
The conference opens at 9 AM PST on November 5, 2020. You can access the event for up to 30 days after the event has ended until December 5, 2020.
While there is a wealth of content available after the event, the opportunity to connect and engage and ask questions in real time at the event is a benefit that cannot be understated. Even just listening to the conversations between others can give you great insights to your own questions.

We will publish the list of exhibitors closer to the event start date. We’re adding to our exhibitors list every day and we are delighted to also have great community partners on board too! There is no limit to the kind of businesses ABAOC BizCon can host.
Exhibitors must set up their own virtual booth. The steps to complete your booth will be outlined to you in an exhibitor pack, which will be circulated about a month before the first live event. You can then optimize your virtual space with interactive features such as videos, presentations, infographics, data, and price lists, which visitors to your virtual space may view or download. Chat with potential clients, run promotions, competitions and more. Link it all back to your home base if you want to, like to your site or socials.
We have booths available in the exhibition halls for a fraction of the price of exhibiting at a physical expo. You can also forget about the travel / accommodation and staffing costs that come with setting up in an exhibition center. All exhibitors will be screened for approval to ensure they are the right fit for the event. No multi-level and direct marketing companies please.
Yes — when a visitor to your virtual space has shown a significant interest in your business, you will be able to receive their details so that you can follow up with them after the live event closes. This data will come from us and will be bespoke per exhibitor. For more information on how and why we do this, click here to read our privacy policy.
Visitors can purchase products, watch videos, presentations, download catalogues, brochures, and technical specifications as well as read reviews and request further information. We recommend you have at least one active member of your team online from 9 AM - 3 PM PST to monitor the live chat and connectivity to your social media, to get the most from your experience.
